"How do you pay for it?" is myopic thinking. The money is out there. There are 1,000s of philanthropic businesses and individuals that have kind hearts and would give to the cause.
$$$ - Millionaires, CEOs, Sports Figures, Celebrities, Businesses, Organizations and the United States Economy in general could implement a VAT (tax) like Andrew Yang suggested.
Checks could be mailed out this week to every legal, law-abiding United States Citizen 18+ years of age, and the problem is solved.
